Get NGO ID & Be an Activist

Having an Id card of a legal activism NGO such as ours has certain definite benefits. 

When fighting against injustice yourself, or when helping someone or some animal, one encounters general apathy and non-cooperation of society and misbehavior by criminal elements. When such people are shown an Id card of an active legal NGO, most people back away from confrontation, and potential problems are resolved before they become bigger. 

In addition, the Police tend to give more weight to a complaint or a problem when a legal activist NGO is involved because of the possibility of the NGO following up the matter with higher authorities.

The general public and the Police both understand that a person with an Id card of a legal NGO has legal backing to support them and therefore he/she is not alone.

Documents and details needed for NGO ID :

1. One Recent passport-sized photograph and Photocopy of Identity proof - Aadhar Card

2. Tell us how you are involved with animals, how many animals you have helped, how many animals depend on you, for how long you have been helping animals, your views on animal welfare and animal rights, for example, about cruelty done to animals and how it should be handled, and such other details related to animals. Please also provide your Contact details for the verification of call from us 

3. We request you to donate any amount you see fit, for processing the ID card request, the amount donated will be used to cover the expenses of shelter animals for their food and medicine. We request you to consider donating at your convenience whenever you wish so as to help us carry on our shelter expenses and focus on Humans, Animals, Nature & Defenceless rights activism. The NGO ID card is valid for 1 year, at the end of which it must be renewed. please send us the amount donated screenshot

Note that the person who wishes to get his/her card must apply themselves. 

After review, a soft copy of the ID card Front & Back will be emailed to you, which you can print and laminate. 

The ID card will help you deal with the majority of casual objectors while performing basic activities like feeding, attending to stray animals & filing animal cruelty cases at the police station.

We will give you free guidance on phone or by email for legal issues related to cruelty on animals.

Do not break the local, state, or central govt laws while using our NGO ID card under any circumstances.  If it is found that anyone is misusing this ID for illegal purposes, we will approach the concerned police station to take action against the same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. This ID should be only used to protect the Humans, Animals, Nature and Defenseless in the society from unnecessary cruelty or pain, to safeguard the rights of the victim and help them in distress
2. Activist / Volunteer / Member shall not engage in any sort of theft, fraud, misrepresentation or any other illegal act. If such act is committed, we will not be liable for such an act done and subsequently we will report / register crime against such illegal act
3. Activist / Volunteer / Member should never engage in any theft or extortion of money or property or attempt to defraud the anyone in any manner by using this ID card.
4. Activist /  Volunteer / Member shall always ensure that their conduct is in accordance with all the laws, rules,  and regulations issued by the authorities from time to time
5. Activist / Volunteer / Member shall not take up part-time or full-time employment or consultation with any other party or be involved in any other business involving Animal Slaughter, Animal Transportation, pet shop or breeding units or any other business involve in any cruelty to animals during the term of term as Activist / Volunteer / Member. 
6. Activist / Volunteer / Member shall always ensure that his/her conduct is in highest order and maintain a good moral turpitude as a representative of our NGO and shall not involve in any illegal activity. if any violation found Activist / Volunteer / Member shall be fully responsible for their actions and the NGO shall not be held responsible for any illegal acts committed at their discretion.
7. Our NGO will have right to terminate or suspend Activist / Volunteer / Member in case of violation of any of the mentioned terms and condition or for any other reason given in writing
8. Our NGO shall have right to modify or make addition to these terms and condition at any time, which shall be binding
