The Letter attached in the post is written to Thane Municipal Commissioner to look into the complaint of the alleged offense of Animal Cruelty of expected 20395 dogs dying on street due to one day release after operation and Corruption of Rs 2 crores 72 lakhs by V-team and others. The letter also states that it is compulsory to keep the dogs at the sterilization center for 5 days following the rule of PCA Act 1960, ABC Rule 2001, and AWBI (SOP)

The Animal Husbandry Department has also asked Thane Municipal Commissioner to thoroughly investigate the matter and the complaint and also to submit a report to them in the above matter.

It is the duty of our NGO Empowering Hands Foundation to inform and update the citizens and animal lovers about the progress and status of the case, as this case is not a private case and it is done in the best interest of animal welfare. Expecting TMC to look into the matter to investigate and submit the report at the earliest and register FIR by their Vigilance Team of TMC against the accused NGO - VTeam and TMC Veterinary Officers involved hand in gloves with NGO to commit the offense of Animal Cruelty and Corruptions and also to register offense against others who committed abetment of Crime.

We would like to Salute, and thanks officer Dr. Vijay Dhumal, District Deputy Commissioner of Animal Husbandry, District Animal Cruelty Prevention Society Thane, and Dr. Dhananjay Parkale Additional Commissioner Animal Husbandry Maharashtra State, and Member Secretary, Maharashtra Animal Welfare Board, These officers took the cognizance of the offense seriously and moved further bravely for action against the crime of animal cruelty and corruptions.

Such movement will add progress to our Country by putting an end to corruption and animal cruelty.
