This man in the video kicked the dog food, abused a feeder who was feeding stray animals, Mr. Salim Charania Trustee of Empowering Hands Foundation received a call From Dr. Usha Vishrani that the man is aggressive and not allowing them to feed. Mr. Salim spoke to the Senior Police Inspector and a duty officer of the local police station in Mumbai, they have assured him to take strict action against him.
